Production Executive (Merchandiser Role)

Position: Production Executive (Merchandiser Role)

Department: Production & Coordination
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with good communication & coordination skills can also apply)
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales and support teams after order confirmation.
• Prepare job cards with fabric, size ratio, and design details.
• Plan and monitor the production process — cutting, printing, stitching, and finishing.
• Conduct quality checks at each stage of production.
• Communicate with the support team for customer updates and approvals.
• Maintain order trackers and daily production reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong coordination and communication skills (Tamil & basic English).
• Good understanding of T-shirt fabrics, printing types, and production flow.
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team-oriented and responsible attitude.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
