Role & responsibilities 1.Zero Safety Incident within department. 2.Zero repeated customer complaint (for same cause) due to Part issues 3.Zero Customer Line Stoppage at customer end due to EGR realted issue 4. PI Inventory & Inventory cost control within department 5.Maintain DMC cost at the target levels 6.Maintain Consumable cost at the target levels 7.Achieve the targeted EBITA Cost saving in Press Shop department 8.Achieve target scores for improvement projects identified Quality Circles 9.Achieve employee involvement in TEI as per target 10.Reduction of scrap generation due to operational issue to the target levels 11.Complince Production Plan Vs Actual 12.Zero Process audit NC open related to Production issue 13.Achieve 5S score as per target 14.Achieve productivity as per target 15.Achieve OEE as per target 16.Reduce loss of time in Press shop line 17.Achieve targeted 100% Production SAP booking in system. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in mechanical engineering with 5 years of experience in Production / Press shop of an Autocomponent / Automobile industry.
