Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Ludhiana. The Production Engineer will oversee production processes, optimize workflows, and ensure adherence to quality control standards. Responsibilities include production planning, troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, and collaborating with the team to meet production targets efficiently. The role also involves analyzing production data and suggesting improvements in efficiency and resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve production processes
• Experience with Quality Control to ensure adherence to standards
• Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with the team and stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector is a plus
