Job Description

Responsible for overall process of EBW and PW machine process (EBW and PW machine monitoring, maintaining and operating).
Do setting independently with require Machine care.
Conduct machine maintenance related job, provide assistance with troubleshooting and execute maintenance plan like preventive and corrective maintenance of the machine.
Diagnose the machine problem and capability to troubleshoot the problem and issue reports on major failures.
Recommend suitable actions to minimize or eliminate the recurrence of problems.
Able to operate Electron Beam Welding machine.
Preparation of shift reports and SAP entries

Required Skills:

Basic skill set required for welding process.
Able to differentiate between good and Bad joints.
Able to generate production reports through MS-Excel.
Problem - solving
Ability to work autonomously
Communication Skills
