Job Description

Role & responsibilities To efficiently run the shift. To plan & meet quality, production & delivery targets. To ensure 5s & JH activities in line using TPM as tool. To ensure Safety/Health and Environment of man/materials/machines. Optimum utilization of resources. To continuously reduce the wastage / consumable cost. Improve productivity on line. To create a safe, healthy work environment and harmonious relationship with employees. Team building and inculcating positive approach. Make sure presence before 15 min. on line. Maintain all M/c, fixture, etc. are in running condition. Ensure availability of child part on line. Ensure JH is done for 100% machines as per TPM plan. To ensure TPM Circle meetings are carried out as per schedule timely & effectively. Take a 5min. short meeting of workers. Deployment of all workers as per deployment sheet. Ensure line start on time. Ensure all workers work done as per IPO. Ensure SOP follow in line. Ensure safety standard follow in line. Ensure PM done by concern person on time. Ensure Autonomous maintenance in line. All check sheet filled on time Maintain daily control ( Lunch, Tea, Start & End time ) Ensure less consumption of gas & consumable. Ensure 1s & 2s on line. Ensure line RFT less than standard. Recording of all losses. Recording of scrap & rework. Ensure after shift end all lights, Fans, Blowers switch off. Ensure after shift end all gas & air valve off.
