Production Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate who is well-versed in operating and maintaining various workshop machinery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of both conventional and CNC machines and demonstrate technical proficiency in machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain workshop machinery including:
• Lathe
• Drilling Machines
• Milling Machines
• CNC Turning Centers
• Boring Machines
• Other conventional and specialized machines
• Perform setup and alignment of workpieces and tooling.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during machining operations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4 + years of experience working in a mechanical workshop.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and tool selection.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
