Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Delhi, India. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production process, planning and coordinating production schedules, and maintaining quality control standards. The role involves analyzing production workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Effective communication and collaboration with different departments will be essential to achieve production targets and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and improving processes Experience in Quality Control to maintain high standards Excellent Communication skills Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India Experience in the composites or advanced materials industry is a plus
