Production Engineer

You will be responsible for planning the daily production schedule, monitoring the effective utilization of manpower and machines in the plant, controlling quality and ensuring timely delivery of production orders, preparing monthly production schedules and machine utilization reports, training and motivating workers, and maintaining adequate plant equipment and working environment through preventive maintenance and 5S implementation. Additionally, you will conduct daily sunrise meetings on the shop floor and verify daily work reports. Your skills should include good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, team handling, and leadership qualities. You should also be familiar with ISO, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 7 QC Tools, and problem-solving techniques.
