We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Production Engineer at Homegenie Building Products Pvt. Ltd., a 17-year industry leader in building products with 4 factories in Tamil Nadu and a strong presence across South India.

Role Snapshot

• Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve output and quality targets
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and process standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores teams for smooth operations
• Maintain production reports, shift records, and ensure ERP/CRM updates
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency

Profile We Seek

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Production / Industrial Engineering
• Salary Range : 28,000 to 35,000
• Experience: 3–8 years in manufacturing / building materials / construction production
• Skills: Production planning, process control, manpower handling, ERP reporting
• Abilities: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
