Job Description

JD:- - Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely and quality manufacturing output. - Implement and optimize Manufacturing Technology & Production Engineering processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. - Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality norms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Monitor and control production costs while maximizing resource utilization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, and Supply Chain for seamless execution. - Drive process improvements through automation, lean manufacturing techniques, and industry best practices. - Troubleshoot technical issues in production and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Maintain documentation related to production planning, quality assurance, and compliance.
