Job Description

Manage and maintain production and process development within the organization. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production aligns with planning. Prioritize tasks according to daily production plans. Coordinate with all processes and their respective heads. Review production meetings to assess progress and address issues. Evaluate purchase orders for the EMI and Cables divisions. Identify training needs for personnel in the department. Initiate kitting activities based on daily plans. Start processes based on received documentation and adhere to special instructions. Prepare materials for cables requiring crimping, shrinking, or cutting. Move products to packing after quality inspections. Resolve quality issues during the EMI and Cables stages or report them to corresponding heads. Ensure timely production and delivery of quality products to customers. Maintain production-related documents and report to top management. Monitor resource needs, including tools and equipment. Improve day-to-day activities to meet departmental KPIs.
