Job specifications:

Key Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Drawings.
In-depth understanding of quality assurance standards and inspection methods.
Proficiency in production planning, manpower management, and process monitoring.
Ability to implement Lean Manufacturing practices (5S & Kaizen).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve production/quality issues quickly.
Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
Leadership abilities to guide, motivate, and discipline shop floor teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
