Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of an original animated series. This role works closely with the Producer and department leads to ensure schedules, assets, reviews, and deliveries stay on track. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across creative and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer in managing daily production operations across departments
• Track shot, asset, and episode progress using schedules and trackers
• Coordinate with artists, leads, and vendors to ensure tasks are assigned and followed up
• Maintain production documents including schedules, task lists, asset trackers, and review logs
• Schedule reviews, meetings, and feedback sessions with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure files, assets, and deliverables follow naming conventions and folder structures
• Track dependencies and flag risks or delays early to the Producer
• Help coordinate revisions, retakes, and approvals across departments
• Maintain clear communication between creative, production, and technical teams
• Support onboarding of new artists or freelancers with workflows and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Basic understanding of animation pipelines (2D preferred)
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, and project trackers
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail

Good to Have

• 1 to 2 years of experience in animation or episodic content production
• Experience working with remote teams or vendors
• Understanding of review and approval workflows

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
