Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Production/Manufacturing Consulrtant, who is Lean Six Sigma certified. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, managing operations, providing consulting services, and driving operational excellence. The consultant will also coach employees on Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Qualifications

• Skills in Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
• Experience in Operations Management and Consulting
• Ability to coach and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have done B.E./M.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
• Experience working in or consulting for the MSME sector is a plus
