Job Opening: Production Chemist – Disinfectants, Detergents & Cosmetics (UAE)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Chemist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in the formulation, testing, and production of disinfectants, detergents, and pharmaceutical products such as cleansers, serums, and advanced cosmetic formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for disinfectants, detergents, personal care, and cosmetic products.
• Conduct stability studies, compatibility testing, and product performance evaluation.
• Work with high-end cosmetic chemistry including serums, creams, and skincare solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards (local & international).
• Collaborate with production teams for scale-up and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, batch reports, and quality control data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in disinfectants, detergents, cosmetics, or pharma product development.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic chemistry and raw material functionality.
• Familiarity with international regulations (GMP, ISO, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-end cosmetics formulation (serums, cleansers, creams).
• Knowledge of sustainable / eco-friendly formulations.
• Good understanding of fragrance, preservatives, and active ingredients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
