Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemist with expertise in formulating and manufacturing healthcare chemicals, cosmetics, and specialty chemicals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, testing, and improving chemical products while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate healthcare chemicals, cosmetics, and industrial chemicals.
• Conduct lab experiments, quality control tests, and stability assessments.
• Optimize existing formulations for cost-efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing healthcare, cosmetics, or industrial chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, chemical processes, and quality control.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and UAE regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
