The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, testing, and improving chemical products while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and formulate healthcare chemicals, cosmetics, and industrial chemicals . Conduct lab experiments, quality control tests, and stability assessments. Optimize existing formulations for cost-efficiency and performance. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams. Maintain accurate documentation and safety protocols. Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field . 3+ years of experience in manufacturing healthcare, cosmetics, or industrial chemicals . Strong knowledge of raw materials, chemical processes, and quality control . Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and UAE regulatory guidelines . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
