Production Chemist for Solvent Purification

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Chemist with strong expertise in glass fractional

distillation systems for solvents. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

medium-scale units (200 – 500 liters capacity), purification techniques, and advanced

distillation methods.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate, monitor, and optimize glass fractional distillation systems for solvent

purification.

* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

* Develop and implement efficient distillation and purification processes to achieve high

product quality.

* Maintain accurate documentation and process records in English (reading & writing

proficiency required).

* Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to production team members.

* Collaborate with R&D and Quality Control departments for process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solvent purification, fractional distillation, and

process operations.

* Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to solvent handling and distillation

operations.

* Proven ability to lead and supervise a production team.

* Excellent communication skills in English (reading/writing mandatory).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
