Job Description

Experience of 2 to 4 years in
L2 Production Support / Maintenance
of Software Applications adhering to SLAs in any industry (Fintech preferred).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Ability to understand
Product Functionality
and provide resolutions or workarounds.
Working experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban environment
Experience in writing queries in RDBMS (
SQL Server, MySQL
etc databases)
Experience with Operations in
Amazon Web Services
or similar cloud providers
Experience with
API frameworks / Swagger / Postman
Knowledge with
Containers
and
Kubernetes
Experience working with monitoring and observability tools (
Splunk / CloudWatch / ELK / DataDog / Dynatrace / Grafana
)
Experience with
Production Incident Management
&
RCA
processes.
Experience with Software tools (
Confluence, JIRA, GIT, PagerDuty
)
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Experience with Software Test Automation or Development (any Language) is an added advantage
.
Experience working in Financial Technology Industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Career minded, Logical-Thinking individuals who are not afraid of challenges.
