*About the Role*
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage stock and coordinate production in our stitching unit. You will work closely with a small team of tailors to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate stock tracking, and timely completion of orders.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Maintain and update daily production records on Google Sheets
• Track incoming fabric and accessories, and monitor stock levels
• Assign work to tailors and ensure stitching deadlines are met
• Coordinate with the design/production head to prioritize orders
• Inspect finished products for quality before dispatch
• Ensure accurate consumption records of fabric and accessories
• Flag low stock items for replenishment in advance

*Requirements*

• Basic computer skills, especially Google Sheets/Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Prior experience in a stitching or production setup (garments, furnishings, Cushion Bedcover etc.) preferred
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet timelines
