We're Hiring – Accountant (Full-Time, Kolkata) Join the team at Onset Homes, a fast-growing home décor and soft furnishings brand with two key verticals — D2C (Shopify + marketplaces) and B2B projects across India. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented accountant who can confidently handle both sides of the business. Key Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping and accounting in Tally or similar software Creating GST-compliant invoices and proforma invoices (PIs) for both retail and B2B clients Managing accounts receivable and payable Bank entries and reconciliations Payment and sales reconciliation for Shopify and marketplaces Monthly GST filings – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation Handling petty cash, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments Preparing financial summaries and basic MIS reports Tracking inventory movement and basic purchase records Who We're Looking For: ✔ Experience with both online (Shopify/marketplaces) and offline (B2B) accounting workflows ✔ Sound understanding of GST, invoicing, and payment reconciliation ✔ Skilled in Tally, Excel, and general accounting practices ✔ Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking across verticals ✔ Responsible and self-motivated with strong follow-through ⚲ Location: Kasba, Kolkata (on-site role) ✉ Email your CV to: neha@onsethomes.com ⏱ Immediate joining preferred Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
