Job Title: Production and Machine Maintenance Manager

Position Overview

The Production & Machine Maintenance Manager is responsible for the efficient performance of all production lines and the optimal functioning of CNC and woodworking machines. This role ensures smooth daily operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to maintain uptime and productivity.

The candidate must have hands-on experience with panel wood, solid wood, and upholstered furniture production, a strong technical understanding of Biesse and KDT machines, and the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Operations

Plan and manage daily production schedules across panel, joinery, and upholstery sections.

Optimize machine allocation and workflow to achieve maximum throughput and quality.

Track and analyze production KPIs: OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle time, yield, and rework.

Collaborate with the Factory Manager and Design team to align production priorities with project timelines.

Implement process improvements to reduce idle time, material wastage, and rework rates.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and coordination with internal teams and external service partners.

Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
