Production and Machine Maintenance Manager- Furnitures

As the Production & Machine Maintenance Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient performance of all production lines and the optimal functioning of CNC and woodworking machines. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, and closely coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain uptime and productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage daily production schedules for panel, joinery, and upholstery sections. - Optimize machine allocation and workflow to achieve maximum throughput and quality. - Track and analyze production KPIs such as OEE, cycle time, yield, and rework. - Collaborate with the Factory Manager and Design team to align production priorities with project timelines. - Implement process improvements to reduce idle time, material wastage, and rework rates. Soft Skills: - Hands-on leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and external service partners. - Proactive, resourceful, and able to remain calm under pressure. - Capable of instilling discipline while driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with panel wood, solid wood, and upholstered furniture production. - Strong technical understanding of Biesse and KDT machines. - Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
