Production Analyst, AVP

As a Production Analyst, you will work collaboratively with platform and domain stakeholders to support the deployment of new applications and architecture across the domain. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day technology-based services and assist in deploying new, complex applications and architecture - Deliver application management, application support, and build environments for systems to meet quality standards - Support end-to-end application support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Execute production deployments while ensuring compliance with quality and governance standards - Collaborate with feature teams to enable Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) - Generate and maintain operational and performance reports - Analyze recurring incidents to identify areas for service improvement - Attend Daily Stand-Ups (DSUs) and PI planning sessions with feature teams - Proactively identify and address systemic issues impacting platform stability Qualifications Required: - Technical knowledge and experience in platform, technology, products, and domains - 8+ years of experience in Production or Application Support and its process - Good knowledge of Java, Springboot, Cloud (MS Azure/Aws), Microservices, Rest API, Oracle/Cosmos DB/Postgre SQL, Swagger, Jira, Postman, and ServiceNow - Experience in working in an Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and continuous integration - Knowledge and experience of industry standard toolsets and processes - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management level colleagues - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
