Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for IAM services including incident management and support requests resolution related to access, directory, and authentication technologies.
Own and manage the support queue, ensuring timely resolution of tickets, identification of recurring issues, and root cause analysis.
Recommend and implement process improvements and system changes to reduce workload and optimize team efficiency.
Execute automation initiatives and small projects aimed at enhancing IAM service reliability and performance.
Participate in a 24x5 team rotation schedule, with planned off-shift work for project maintenance windows as required.
Collaborate effectively within a global, cross-functional team supporting Eurofins information security policies and compliance requirements.
Maintain hands-on technical expertise and deep understanding of IAM technologies to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
