Product Support / Technical Support

As a Product Support / Technical Support Executive at our Gurugram customer site, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and excellent customer service. With 2+ years of experience, you will utilize your strong technical skills in database management systems to ensure smooth operation of client-specific applications. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L1 support for client-specific applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues promptly and professionally. - Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, report generation, and issue analysis. - Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures. - Collaborate with internal technical teams for escalations and bug fixes. - Assist in UAT and production deployment activities as needed. - Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, DML/DDL commands). - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Eagerness to understand application workflows and client-specific processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work full-time at the customer site in Mumbai. - Basic knowledge of software support processes and ticketing tools. - Exposure to banking, financial services, or enterprise applications.
