Product Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer at UiPath in Jaipur, you will have the opportunity to work in a customer-facing role that involves problem-solving and assisting customers with technical issues related to the Peak platform and their deployed applications. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving customer issues on the Peak platform, taking ownership of problems from investigation to resolution, analyzing application logs and system outputs to identify errors, scripting to automate support tasks, monitoring system health, assisting with infrastructure security, communicating updates clearly to both internal teams and customers, contributing to internal documentation, and participating in an on-call rotation to support customers when needed. To be successful in this role, you should have a computer science degree or equivalent academic experience in technology, be proficient in Python, Bash, and SQL, have familiarity with Linux and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, possess strong communication skills in English, be well-organized with strong problem-solving abilities, and have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
