Product Stewardship & Regulatory Supervisor

Job Description: As the Product Stewardship & Regulatory Supervisor at Axalta in Gurgaon, India, you will lead the Product Stewardship Supporting Centre in India (PSCI) team and support the global Product Stewardship and Regulatory function. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining procedures, overseeing Customer and Operations Support, and Raw Material Data Governance Support to ensure consistency, efficiency, and accuracy in processes. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain procedures and work instructions for recurring processes within the PSCI team - Oversee Customer and Operations Support, ensuring timely completion of customer requests such as issuing Safety Data Sheets, Environmental Data Sheets, declarations, and preparing reports related to product stewardship and regulatory functions - Supervise Raw Material Data Governance Support to ensure accurate processes and data management practices related to raw materials Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in product stewardship and/or regulatory affairs, preferably in a multinational corporate environment - Strong leadership and team management skills - Practical experience in interpreting product regulatory requirements and knowledge of GHS classifications, SDS authoring, and chemical substance regulations - Excellent English communication skills, customer focus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products Job Description: As the Product Stewardship & Regulatory Supervisor at Axalta in Gurgaon, India, you will lead the Product Stewardship Supporting Centre in India (PSCI) team and support the global Product Stewardship and Regulatory function.
