Position Summary

work closely with the Associate Product Managers and Product Managers to build and deliver a commercially successful product that spans core sectors acrossmultipleregions

Key Responsibilities:

core product development

• Support Product team in the development and delivery of new and existing NPS Prism instruments

• Analyze the data anddesign/reviewclient-ready visualization dashboards

• Develop key insights and data analysis

• Supports team leads inproblem solving, hypothesis generation, research and insight generation and quality control

• Communicates data, knowledge & clearly explain insights & implications for other team members and product leads

• Ensures zero-defect

• Understands client needs/context anddemonstratesability to resolve complex issues

• Communicate status,roadblocksand updates

• Ensurestimely,high-qualitydelivery of output

• Provideongoing customer support for subscription customers

Requirements / Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree

  incomputerscience,engineering,business,or any other technology-related field,

  or

  MBAfrom Tier I institutes

  , or strong relevant work experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2yearsof relevant full time work experience

Skills:

• Can create timelines / workplanfor their workstreamsand provide supervisor with visibility tostatus of key initiatives

• High attention-to-detail and uncompromising attitude towardsdeliveringhigh-qualityoutputs

• Experience creating PowerPoint slides for senior management audience (e.g.senior managers and directors)

• work out of theGurgaonoffice at least 2 days a week

Preferred Skills:(not mandatory)

• Strong experience in the development of data preparation and analytical tools usingAlteryx,Pythonand MS Excel or similar tools.

• Experience working with data visualization dashboards using Tableau or other data visualization engines, including the definition and implementation of calculation methodologies in attention to basic statistics and business concepts
