Job Description

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at Zenoti, you will play a crucial role in working with customers to define requirements and assist them in adopting Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customers. - Designing and setting up proof of concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers to ensure successful implementations. - Configuring Zenoti to meet customer business scenarios. - Identifying risks based on current product capabilities and implementing mitigation plans. - Addressing customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. - Aligning working hours to overlap customer time zones to build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service. - Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics. - Demonstrating deep subject matter expertise in the product and a keen technical understanding of the integration points and enterprise scenarios. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation and following organizational processes for successful product implementation. - Ensuring adherence to SLAs and key metrics according to the organization's goals and objectives. - Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and manage expectations effectively. Skills required for this role include: - 6-9 years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products. - Willingness to work in the Night Shift. - Strong software exposure and ability to master product functionality. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirements and solution documentation. - Ability to manage and work across multiple projects. - Strong presentation skills for customer demos and training. - Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Openness to travel on short notice to customer locations. - Knowledge of Web Design using HTML, JavaScript is a plus. - Understanding of MS Office, JIRA, and Basecamp applications. - Ability to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in the wellness/spa industry is advantageous. - Eagerness to learn about revenue opportunities and challenges in the health and wellness industry.
