**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Product Specialist at SpotDraft, your primary goal is to work with SpotDraft customers in identifying, resolving, and preventing product issues. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborate with the Product & Engineering teams to improve the product, and educate customers on the full potential of SpotDraft's solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Utilize your expertise to solve customer problems quickly and efficiently. - Collaborate: Work closely with the Product & Engineering teams to enhance the product. - Educate: Assist customers in understanding the capabilities of SpotDraft's solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Product Support Specialist or Product Support Engineer in SaaS-based applications. - Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Developer Tools, Log analysis tools (DataDog, SUMO Logic, Dynatrace), and troubleshooting network-level logs. - Integrations and Connectors Knowledge: Experience in setting up and troubleshooting various integrations and connectors. - Database Skills: Familiarity with database applications and executing queries to retrieve data. - SSO Expertise: Previous experience in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) setups. - Customer Focused: Passion for solving customer problems and ensuring their success. - Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with senior executives. - Flexible: Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment. **Additional Details:** Working at SpotDraft offers an opportunity to be part of an ambitious team dedicated to building a globally recognized legal tech company.
