As a Senior Python Developer at our company based in Lucknow, you will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance SaaS-based applications with 4-5 years of hands-on experience. Your expertise in Python frameworks such as Django and Flask, Microservices architecture, and database management using MySQL/PostgreSQL will be crucial for this role. Experience in Hospital Management Systems, E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech is highly desired. Your key responsibilities will include developing, optimizing, and maintaining SaaS-based applications in Python using Django/Flask, designing and implementing Microservices architecture, and integrating APIs efficiently. You will be required to utilize ORM frameworks for effective database operations, ensure application performance, security, and scalability, work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, and collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Additionally, staying updated with the latest trends in Python development and SaaS architecture, providing mentorship to junior developers, and writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices are essential aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Python development with Django/Flask, strong expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs, and proficiency in ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM. A solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), experience with unit testing and debugging tools, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. The ability to work in an Agile development environment is also important.
