Job Description

As a member of the PSS team, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end product solutioning and presales for enterprise merchants. Your responsibilities will include ideating solutions for client business objectives, developing requirements, and ensuring effective launches. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical requirements of enterprise merchants. - Collaborate seamlessly with internal sales and customer teams to keep them informed about changes in product delivery plans and ensure alignment with assessed requirements. - Possess the ability to distinguish between customized and core product offerings on an as-is basis. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent experience. - Previous experience in a similar role with customer-facing responsibilities in the fintech industry, such as a product solutions manager. - Demonstrable presales experience with a successful track record of consulting on technical solutions within the fintech sector.,
