Job Description

Skillventory is mandated to hire a Candidate for a leading Small Finance Bank

Location: #Kochi & #Kottayam #Palakkad

Experience: 2-5 years in NRI Banking / Relationship Management

Achieve NR NTB and NR Liabilities target for the assigned Branches.

Create NR target client master.
To prospect and meet clients from the TCM, understand Client needs, explain products and features

and on-board them.

Ensure deepening of existing NR client relationships
Work closely with the Leadership team of respective Branch/ Channels and execute NR strategy.
Act as a single touch point for all queries related to NR Business.
AOF Rejection Management, Zero Fraud Compliance
Ensure Customer Service levels are at the highest standards.
Handle client escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
Prepare a catchment action plan for each of the assigned Branches and execute NR specific activities

in collaboration with marketing team.

Execute NR lead generation alliances.
