Product Packaging Merchandiser & Branding

As the Product Packaging Manager at Homeessentials, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategy, design, and execution of packaging across all product categories. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing the overall packaging strategy for all product lines. - Implementing various packaging techniques such as flapping, tagging, laminating, wrapping, and hanging to ensure products are display-ready. - Creating clean, durable, and visually attractive packaging to prepare products for retail shelves. - Ensuring that packaging designs facilitate easy product visibility and accessibility in stores. - Coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure smooth product handling, sorting, and flow. - Managing packaging materials, tools, and supplies efficiently. - Overseeing packaging design, artwork, and brand communication with internal teams and agencies. - Driving sustainability initiatives by incorporating recyclable materials and eco-conscious designs. - Managing supplier relationships, production timelines, and cost efficiency. - Ensuring compliance with labeling standards and regional packaging regulations. - Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to support smooth product launches. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in packaging development, branding, or design, preferably in home, lifestyle, or FMCG categories. - Strong understanding of packaging materials, print production, and sustainability trends. - Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills. - Proficiency in design and artwork tools such as Adobe Illustrator and ArtiosCAD. - A creative eye with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer experience.
