Vision & Strategy Definition:
Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the store and POS ecosystem(aligned with the company's overall retail objectives and market trends)Backlog Management:
Create, manage, and continuously refine the product backlog (epics, features, user stories, bugs) for POS and store-related functionalities, prioritizing items based on business value, urgency, and customer needs.Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with store operations, loss prevention, marketing, and finance teams to understand their needs, translating complex business requirements into clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria along with ethical and responsible AI practices
Roadmapping and Release Planning:
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and release plans, communicating updates to all stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.User-Centric Design and Feedback:
