Product Owner - Strategy & Roadmap

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and managing the product backlog of one or more enterprise SaaS modules. You will be translating high-level product strategy into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Your role will involve leading the agile development process by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, reviews, and retrospectives. Acting as the voice of the customer and stakeholders in all product development discussions, you will collaborate with design, engineering, QA, sales, and support teams to ensure product quality and alignment. Engaging with enterprise customers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate feedback into product improvements will be an essential part of your responsibilities. You will ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure SaaS solutions that integrate with enterprise ecosystems such as ERP, CRM, and Identity Management. Monitoring product performance, customer adoption, and usage metrics to drive iterative improvements will also be a key aspect of your role. Supporting pre-sales and implementation teams with product knowledge and roadmap will be expected from you. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus). You should possess 1-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS-based enterprise solutions. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban, is required, along with experience in enterprise software implementation, including customer onboarding, configuration, and rollout. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Productboard is expected. You should be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Qualifications such as being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent, experience in industries like finance or airline cost management, understanding of multi-tenant architecture, data privacy, and compliance in SaaS products, as well as familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are considered advantageous for this position.,
