Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Owner who has deep Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain expertise specifically within the U.S. insurance market. The candidate must have hands-on experience in both Commercial Lines (CL) and Specialty Lines (SL). The role requires strong client-facing communication, requirements management, backlog ownership, and collaboration with functional and technical team.

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison with client business, underwriter, and operations stakeholders.
  
• Independently conduct requirement workshops, product walkthroughs, and change discussions.
  
• Translate business needs into clear product deliverables and roadmap priorities.

2. Requirement Definition & Backlog Ownership

• Develop epics, features, and detailed user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
  
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), workflows, wireframe notes, and functional specs.
  
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on business value and constraints.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with UI/UX teams on redesign and usability improvements.
  
• Work closely with solution architects, QA, and development teams.
  
• Ensure consistent business logic between legacy screens and updated UI components.

4. Delivery Management

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, grooming, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
  
• Support UAT planning, coordination, and defect triage along with operations stakeholders.
  
• Ensure all scope items meet functional expectations and acceptance standards.
