Product Owner

We are leading software company specialized in Digital Banking solutions across EMEA, is looking for a passionate and skilled Product Owner Retail Digital Banking to join its Innovation team. The candidate will be responsible for driving the evolution of company's Retail Digital Banking platform, including Mobile Banking, Personal Finance Management (PFM), Agency Banking, Digital Onboarding, and Open Banking modules.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own and define the product roadmap for Retail Digital Banking and its ecosystem of digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and business teams to translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements.
• Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
• Benchmark market trends and ensure continuous evolution of companys retail banking offering.
• Support pre-sales and client workshops to align product capabilities with customer expectations.

Your Expertise:

• We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong understanding of digital retail banking journeys and fintech-driven customer experiences.
• Mobile Banking (iOS & Android) – customer journeys, UI/UX, and omnichannel integration
• Personal Finance Management (PFM) – insights, budgeting tools, analytics
• Agency Banking – field operations, cash-in/cash-out management, agent lifecycle
• Digital Onboarding – eKYC, remote identity verification, workflow automation
• Open Banking & APIs – integration with third-party providers, regulatory compliance (PSD2, Open Finance)
• Familiarity with payment ecosystems, wallets, and digital authentication mechanisms is an asset.

Your Profile:

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in Retail Banking or Fintech.
• Strong knowledge of digital customer journeys and omnichannel retail banking experiences.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business, UX, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and client-oriented approach.
