Job Description

As a Product Owner II at Capgemini, you will collaborate closely with business partners to gather and document system requirements, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with their needs. Your role within the Agile team will involve guiding developers and testers in designing and implementing system enhancements. Your critical ability to review completed work and conduct effective demos to stakeholders is pivotal in meeting their expectations. Your strong communication and organizational skills will play a key role in coordinating efforts across various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business partners to gather and document system requirements - Guide developers and testers in designing and implementing system enhancements - Review completed work and conduct effective demos to stakeholders - Coordinate efforts across various stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-6 years of total work experience, preferred 7-9 years - Fluent English proficiency - Experience in Agile environment and as a Product Owner - Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and make informed decisions - Competence in prioritizing work items to support business objectives - Intermediate demo/presentation skills and advanced written communication/requirements skills - Preferred experience in Personal Lines Insurance - Entry-level proficiency in Office Suite and Rally (or similar tools such as JIRA) About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global leader dedicated to transforming and managing businesses through technology.
