Product Owner - Fixed Income

You will be a part of one of the world's largest providers of financial services, playing a pivotal role in driving the team towards success. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining, refining, and clearly communicating the team's mission and roadmap to inspire alignment and support among team members and stakeholders. - Contributing to the product roadmap by ensuring full transparency around the capabilities being developed and influencing the identification of new opportunities. - Engaging with clients and partners to understand and prioritize their needs, serving as their advocate within the team. - Establishing clear acceptance criteria and measuring results against them. - Monitoring progress, identifying obstacles, and facilitating their removal. - Evaluating team performance against established objectives, ensuring the delivery of business, technology, and people outcomes. - Collaborating with other leaders and Scrum Masters to build team capacity, capability, and foster the growth and development of team members. - Making informed trade-off decisions to balance quality, cost, and timelines effectively. - Contributing to the ideation process by bringing innovative ideas to the table. Preferred Skills: - Bachelor's degree/ above in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related field; CFA / CFP designation or post-graduate degree in finance or a related field a plus - The ability to break down complex product features into clear, concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria, and communicate these effectively. - Experience between 11 and 14 years mainly in Fixed Income domain or asset management domain. - A data-driven approach to understanding customer needs, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, and prioritizing to maximize value delivery. - Demonstrated experience in defining minimum viable products and managing product backlogs. - Extensive expertise in the Fixed Income domain, essential for delivering optimal business outcomes within a complex set of applications and business processes. - Proven capability to lead, influence, and motivate teams without formal authority, with a track record of building high-performing teams. - Commitment to continuous improvement and promoting an agile way of working. - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across functions to deliver business outcomes, leveraging the expertise of colleagues to inform your approach. - Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching. - A balanced development of both technology and non-technology skills to fully understand and meet customer needs. - Skilled in identifying scope changes and addressing them proactively.,
