Experience in Product development, Project management, People management

Have good working experience in automotive embedded software domain

Experience in agile development methodologies

Experience in CPP end to end - development, integration and roll out of product

Experience managing different stake holders PMs, POs, Suppliers, and others.

Good to have:

Scaled agile experience

Accredited SAFe Certification

Product Owner experience

Experience in ASPICE

Experience in using

CodeBeamer

GitHub / GitHub Actions

Jenkins

Jira

Python

Confluence

Artifactory (JFrog/BitBucket)

PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel for evaluation and presentation of insights and trends

Key Responsibilities

Guides the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.

Uses empirical data to help the team(s) assess their Scrum Maturity, optimize scrum team velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance

Coaches scrum team(s)

Interaction with the Stakeholders/Customers

Responsible for ensuring team becomes self-organized

Responsible for career planning, training, and development of the teams

Responsible for successful delivery of the projects
