Job Description: We're seeking a Product Owner who serves as the strategic visionary and decision-maker for product development initiatives, balancing business objectives with user needs for Agentic AI platform. This role is responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring the delivery team builds the right features at the right time, and maximizing the value of the product. The Product Owner acts as the voice of the customer while collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams. Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Validate requirements with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility Manage requirements prioritization and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with product management to develop solution concepts that address business problems Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and functional models to illustrate proposed solutions Conduct gap analysis between current and future states to guide implementation planning Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and technical teams Facilitate cross-functional meetings to achieve consensus on requirements and solutions Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution capabilities and implementation timelines Provide guidance on change management strategies for process implementation Requirements: 6+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role with progressive responsibility Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices Experience with requirements gathering techniques and documentation standards Proficiency in process modeling, data modeling, and requirements specification Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders Understanding of AI technologies, particularly GenAI solutions
