Product Marketing Specialist - Turkey Dist. Transformer

Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Specialist at Hitachi Energy's Indian Operation Center in India (INOPC), your role will involve developing a global value chain to optimize value for customers across markets, particularly supporting the Transformer Business for Distribution Transformer Factory in Turkey throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: - Selling Transformers directly to end consumers or business purchasers, either directly or through various sales channels. - Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable products, services, or solutions to meet their requirements, with a focus on volume, mix, and profitability targets. - Identifying and reaching out to potential customers to establish connections for future sales and repeat transactions, with compensation tied to sales goal achievement. - Coordinating with the bid and proposal department to prepare offers, ensuring technical and financial aspects are appropriate, including pricing and trading conditions. - Managing administrative procedures within the sales and project management process. - Building and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promote understanding of the full product/system/service offering, and provide tailored solutions. - Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. - Developing sales plans using company tools, conducting regular status reviews, and proposing recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls. - Creating added value for customers and Hitachi Energy by utilizing effective sales techniques to ensure successful transaction outcomes. - Ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines, upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Transformer Sales. - Knowledge in Distribution Transformer. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organization and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Sales force. - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle high workload capacity. - Demonstrated interpersonal skills with peers, colleagues, superiors, customers, suppliers, and service providers. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Turkish is preferred.
