Product Marketing - Software

As a Product Manager, your role involves exploring opportunities to maintain the top and bottom line of the brand/business. Your key responsibilities include: - Overseeing the supply of products, branch-to-branch stock transfer, and maintaining inventory hygiene through aging/stock liquidation. - Developing sell-in/sell-out plans and formulating and implementing market penetration and business development strategies for sales growth. - Leading the sales force, developing them through motivational training programs and monthly conference calls for roadmap updates and problem resolution. - Spending time in the market, interacting with branch heads, vendors, partners, and media to collect market/competitor feedback on brand performance. - Playing a proactive role in building a positive brand image in the market and increasing product visibility through various channels such as point of purchase displays, website, social media, adverts, press releases, product reviews, road shows, and channel schemes. - Actively participating in flagship events and managing marketing fund records, reviewing branch/vendor claim submissions, and preparing monthly price lists. - Updating BT, vendor reporting for sales, stock closing, analyzing target versus achievement, resolving brand issues, and creating new product codes. - Engaging in product management, channel management, and vendor management while focusing on managing brand/product P&L and business hygiene in close collaboration with sales/business development teams. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end execution of strategies. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA from a recognized institution. - 1-2 years of experience in Product Management and Sales Management. - Strong presentation and collaboration skills will be an added advantage.,
