Description
The role involves managing the complete product life cycle of LV switchgear products, including new product development, customization, and market-specific launches. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital power distribution and EMS/BMS systems, with a strong technical understanding of LV switchgear products such as MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, and distribution boards. Key Responsibilities: Manage product life cycle for existing and new LV switchgear products. Develop and execute product positioning and pricing strategies. Gather market intelligence, track sales, forecast demand, and prepare business plans. Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams for technical feasibility and product development. Prepare budgets, LRPs, and align pricing strategies with FOREX rate fluctuations. Design product launch strategies and support sales through training, branding, and promotional activities. Provide technical support for sales teams, channel partners, and customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop MARCOM strategies. Must-Have Expertise: Proficiency in MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, distribution boards, and LV switchgear. Knowledge of IS/IEC standards (IEC60947, IEC60898, IEC61439). Understanding of digital power distribution, communication architecture, and smart switchgear. Hands-on experience with EMS/BMS systems, hardware/software integration, and troubleshooting. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. 3+ years of product management experience in LV switchgear or related fields. Strong planning, execution, and customer engagement skills.
