Qualifications Skills

Strategic Business Acumen

5+ years of experience in product management, product management, digital workplace transformation, or IT service strategy.
Demonstrated success managing workforce-centric technology or service portfolios.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, evergreen IT strategies, ITSM automation, AIOps, and analytics.
Ability to align technology capabilities to business value and workforce experience outcomes.

Consultative Collaboration Skills

Exceptional client-facing communication, advisory, and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to build cross-functional consensus and lead complex solution initiatives.
Experience enabling go-to-market efforts and creating growth opportunities through portfolio innovation.

Technology Proficiency

Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or similar ITSM/Cloud platforms.
Working knowledge of AIOps, self-healing systems, agentic automation, and predictive analytics.
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform rationalization strategies.

Certifications Education

Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.
Certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or AIOps frameworks preferred.
