Your role as a Product Manager at Climaty AI involves driving the development of intelligent tools such as Measure, Optimizer AI, and Programmatic Offset. Your primary focus will be on enhancing media efficiency, providing actionable insights, and ensuring seamless integrations with the modern advertising stack. Key responsibilities include building and refining product features to optimize campaign delivery across digital channels while also reducing environmental impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, and data teams to introduce intelligent insights and automation into the media planning workflow. Working hand-in-hand with customer teams, you will decipher user needs, translate them into feature specifications, and create user experiences that are both innovative and user-friendly. You will be responsible for defining and monitoring key product metrics related to campaign performance and emissions impact, as well as working on integrations with various digital platforms and analytics tools. The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-8 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years focused on building tools for media buying, campaign performance, or audience analytics. A strong familiarity with AdTech or MarTech ecosystems, particularly programmatic platforms, DSPs, or campaign optimization engines, is essential. A data-driven approach, along with experience collaborating with data science or machine learning teams, is preferred. Additionally, a solid understanding of media KPIs, targeting logic, and budget pacing mechanics is crucial. Experience with user experience design and the ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive interfaces are highly valued. Bonus points if you have previously worked at a performance marketing company with an internal product team dedicated to building campaign optimization, media planning, or analytics tools.
