Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle within the EdTech domain. This role involves aligning market needs, user expectations, and business goals to drive product success and innovation within the educational technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EdTech products.
• Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Prioritize features and build product roadmaps based on data and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch and iterate on products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring successful product delivery.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform future product development.
• Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within the EdTech domain.
• Proven ability to define and launch successful products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Knowledge of the EdTech market and industry trends.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
