- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 36 years of experience delivering software products from discovery to release.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, UX, and Data teams.
- Strong product discovery skills, including user interviews, data analysis, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
- Proficient in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), roadmaps, and user stories.
- Ability to track and measure product KPIs and adjust plans based on insights.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and backend service behavior.
- Familiarity with tools such as DBT, Snowflake, Kafka, and product analytics platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Own the success of one or more product initiatives, driving them from ideation through delivery.
- Translate business goals into user-centric solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Facilitate structured discovery processes to uncover root problems and validate solutions.
- Define MVPs and prioritize features based on data, feedback, and business value.
- Lead roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and sprint planning with engineering and design teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across time zones to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage technical trade-offs and maintain scalability.
- Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to enhance documentation and analysis workflows.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
